Denisa Fikarová
Denisa Fikarová graduated from the Faculty of Law of the West Bohemian University in Pilsen (2002) and the Faculty of Social Science of Charles University (2003), where she was awarded Bachelor Degree diploma in International Territorial Studies. Then she continues her studies at Faculty of Law, University Passau, Germany, where she was awarded Academic degree LL. M. in 2003. Since February 2004 she worked at the Ministry of Justice, at EU department. From September 2007 till January 2008 she went on Traineeship in DG Judicial cooperation in criminal matters of the Secretariat General of the Council of the EU. She moved to the Permanent Representation in Brussels in July 2008. During the Czech Presidency she will be chairing a working group on substantive criminal law (DRIOPEN).

Video: The e-Justice - Use of Videoconferencing
A short movie was presented at the Informal Meeting of Ministers for Justice and Home Affairs on 16 January 2009 in the Congress Centre of Prague for the first time. Deputies of Member States were consequently set up with the movie at the international conference "e-Justice without barriers" in Prague (17 - 18 February 2009). The main goal of the movie is the propagation of digitising the judicial system.
